IT Support Price Guide

Call-out charges

We do not charge a fee for IT support call-out. However, we charge for our travelling time at our standard hourly rate (shown below). We are based near Aberaeron and New Quay, so you will be able to calculate our travelling time (there and back) to your home/premises. You may prefer to bring your computer to our office to avoid this charge. We are quite happy for you to do this by appointment.

Standard hourly rate

Most of our IT support work (including our PC Doctor service) is charged at an hourly rate. Our standard hourly rate is £25.

Fixed fee for virus / malware removal

If you can bring your computer to our office, we charge a fixed fee for performing thorough virus/malware scans and removal. The scans can take up to 24 hours or more. The fixed fee is £55.
