Our online backup solution for home users and small businesses allows you to backup any files and folders on your computer, including external drives and network folders.

The backup software allows you to choose which files and folders you wish to include in your backup. The software has a special feature for backing up your emails stored in Outlook or Outlook Express. It also allows you to continously monitor for changes to files or folders or schedule a regular backup. The software can be set to remind you to backup your files when you shut down your computer (if there are files that require backup) - if you choose to allow the backup to run the software will automatically shut your computer down when it has finished.

Your backup data is stored at a secure data centre in Europe. All of your data is encrypted before being sent over the internet. This means that your data cannot be compromised once it leaves your computer.

Prices

There is a one-off £30 setup charge. This includes on-site installation of the backup software if you are based in Ceredigion. If you are based outside Ceredigion we can guide you through the simple installation over the phone.

The storage space used by your backup is charged on a monthly basis. The table below shows the rates. The backup software allows you to monitor how much space you are using. If you are unsure how much space you will need please ask us for help in determining this.
